Cancellation, No-Show, or Late Appointment Policies
When someone cancels their appointment, or simply no-shows, it leaves time gaps in my work schedule. Trying to fill these empty spots in a schedule is difficult without timely and appropriate notice. Your time is incredibly important to me, and I hope you value my time in return. Last minute cancellations and no-shows can prevent me from accommodating other clients waiting for appointments. Going forward I will be starting strict policies regarding my appointments. I understand life gets hectic, plans change, unexpected traffic, etc.- I try to be as accommodating as possible. Below are Rhi-lax business policies, made at the discretion of the Owners.
A credit card number will be required to hold your appointment time. It will not be charged until after the time of your service, A separate one or form of payment may be used at that time.
Call if you are going to arrive late for your appointment. I can be reached directly at 425-328-5119. If I don’t answer, I may be in another appointment, please text me at that number.
Cancelling or re-scheduling requires 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. A call or text can be sent to me at 425-328-5119. Clients who do not cancel or re-schedule with proper notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service fees. Clients who no-show, meaning do not cancel or notify that they aren’t coming at all, will be charged 100% of their scheduled service fees.
